mySQL error for InnoDB

Hi, ALL,
I'm running 8.0 of mySQL and upon running it throws:

[InnoDB] Linux Native AIO interface is not supported on this platform. Please check your OS documentation and install appropriate binary of InnoDB

Googling revealed that one of the possible problem could be a misconfigured kernel.

Could someone please explain what do I need to turn on?

Maybe you miss in your kernel configuration CONFIG_AIO?
