Hyprland failed to compile ( nothing new i guess )

i am tired of this bullshit happening every release of hyprland that goes out,
at least if it was because of cflags i would understand but even using
only standard useflags failes every time, both with gcc and clang
and the worst part is that it seems i am the only one?

i haven't seen any reports on bugzilla either
