Where is the minimal installation ISO?

I have gone to the local mirror looking for it but under releases and autobuilds it only has files ending in qcow2 -- the other files are all stage3 files. What's going on?

Maybe you local mirror does not mirror it?

If you use this mirror, just one folder up and then current-install-amd64-minimal and you will be here which lists minimal iso images.

Otherwise use the mentioned download page and use the provided download link from there.
