User Danigeade seems to be a spammer. There are two messages so far from this user in Russian linking to a site about car rental.

Ah--my mistake was not scrolling down when I read the pinned announcement. If I had done that, I'd see that I should have seen that spam reports should be listed as replies to that message. Sorry about that.

For your convenience, the forum offers some shortcuts for reporting users/posts that need attention. In the user's profile page (such as miket for you, or Hu for me), in the upper right corner above the table of profile information is a Report this user link (example from my profile). Clicking that link will take you to a pre-filled "Post a reply" page that is already configured to post to the preferred report thread, and pre-fills a bit of detail about the user being reported. It has a little detail when reporting a user, and more detail when reporting a thread or post. This saves you finding the report thread, and provides us the link to the user's profile, making it easier to find and manage the user you are reporting.

There are also shortcuts in each thread for reporting the thread (recommended for threads you believe are in the wrong forum, and need to be moved) and a shortcut in each post for reporting that post (recommended when a specific post is at issue, and the user responsible may have other posts that do not need attention).
