xfce fonts reset to tiny with every reboot

Recently I had these updates:

Since then the fonts become minimal in every reboot and I have to reset them via settings.
Which of the above should i probably downgrade?

Not sure if you're still interested in a reply, but I had a similar issue, and solved it using advice from here: https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=7734

It turned out to be an issue with my dpi (dots per inch).

I was able to fix it using the advice from ToZ:

How about Settings Manager -> Appearance -> Fonts Tab -> DPI setting?

I encountered this issue after switching my desktop environment from gnome to xfce, and switching my display manager about 5 times (gdm -> lightdm -> xdm -> greetd -> lightdm), and various depclean and emptytree emerges, while fixing other errors that I, myself, created.
