Upgrading to exiftool-12.68 Fails

I have a Local Mirror on my network.
Updating World the Upgrade to exiftool-12.68 fails with this error:

So looking at the ebuild file in my repo the actual file is https://exiftool.org/Image-ExifTool-12.68.tar.gz

If I try to wget this file I get this error:

Who should I contact about this missing file?

I suggest you file up a bug in gentoo.

It looks to me like older version are not available on exiftool.org.
maybe a bug from exiftool.org?

This is exiftool-12.68 Fails. Upstream removed the file, so Gentoo needs to: drop this version, get upstream to restore the file, or instruct the ebuild not to rely on the upstream site for this version.
