emerge -U kdebase fails

I did a search and found a lot about kde 3.2 but I couldn't find anything like this. When I try to update kde it fails with this:

Now I do have kdelibs installed:

kde-base/kdelibs *

So what is the problem?

i solved it by uninstalling all kde-related packages and uninstalling qt. then i reemerged them. well, i ran into a nasty qt-bug, that that should be fixed by now, so you shouldn't have any problems. make sure to run an "emerge sync". also i removed /usr/kde/3.1, perhaps that's the problem, that the ebuild get's confused with different versions of kde.
