sys-auth/polkit-0.116-r1 compilation error: js/GCAnnotations

Looking at this error, I suspect there is some dependency missing and that whichever program that should have installed /usr/include/mozjs-60/js/GCAnnotations.h did not do so.
Is my idea correct ?
