dwm: firefox-bin always opens in ninth tag

I'm using dwm as my window manager, and Firefox always opens in the ninth tag no matter which tag I'm actually looking at. How do I get Firefox to open in the tag I'm currently looking at?

You can change that within your config.h file. You will see the setting along with a generic setting for gimp near the top of the file. Just change to whatever your preference is.

Edit: If you set the savedconfig flag then your config file will be /etc/portage/savedconfig/x11-wm/dwm-6.2 or whatever version your running
