Disgusting, perhaps. Alt-right... is apparently being misused in this context. Smear rather depends on whether it is factually accurate, and there is actual evidence for it, including her own comments on the matter. One of the nice things about OTW is that things tend to not spread, until someone decides to make a crusade out of stopping the spread of things that they dislike and thereby signs up for a personal tutorial on the streisand effect.
Still, there are some comments in that topic that go a bit farther than I would prefer, and an eye will be kept on it. -- desultory

Another case for closing down OTW for the public.
Changing your "facts" over time it typically taken as evidence that at least some of those "facts" are not actually factual. As such, her own comments over time can indeed be reasonably considered as evidence that some false statements were made regarding the situation in question, and that false statements were made about it opens the question of which statements were indeed false, thereby providing a degree of evidence to argue against the veracity of any and all statements she has made about that situation. Evidence is just that; evidence, not proof. -- desultory
