Android Auto - Desktop Head Unit (DHU)

I am trying to use the Android Auto Desktop Head Unit (DHU) but it seems not to be included in android-sdk-update-manager.
Any one here using DHU? What package would I need to run it?

But how to Open the SDK Manager ...? Which command, how to do so?

As far as I know this can be launched from within Android Studio

Tools --> Android --> SDK Manager
