lxpanelctl run - crashes

I've updated lxpanel from 0.5.12 to 0.7.0 (gentoo, amd64, stable).
Since this moment the dialog "lxpanelctl run" crashes the whole lxpanel - no matter if called via menu, shortcut or via terminal.
All other lxpanelctl commands are working fine!

What can I do?

Moved from Desktop Environments to Duplicate Threads, in deference to "[topic=1006624]lxpanelctl run not working[/topic]".
