iso editting software?

I have an iso for a bootable CD, I need to open the iso and add some more files to it so I can reburn it. How would I go about doing this?

mount -o loop -t iso9660 file.iso mountpoint ? .. that's what I usually do.

i thought this was impossible because the ISO filesystem is inherently read-only.

I found that you can't mount a cd loopback rw unfortunately.

mount it as above, copy the data out, add your new files, and create a new image.
