Unable to emerge broadcom module after upgrade to 2.6.37-r4

Today I upgraded to the new 2.6.37-r4 gentoo-sources kernel, by using my old config. In the older versions of the kernel, in order to be able to use my Broadcom wi-fi card, i was emerging the broadcom-sta ebuild. But for the 2.6.37-r4 kernel the module does not compile:

Did you try this one:
net-wireless/broadcom-sta-5.100.82.38-r1
It compiles and works with kernel-2.6.38 for me.
Module works fine with wicd so I am happy. But it does not work with network manager and freezes pc.
Anyway it's all the same at the end...
Need help to get it working: "x-fi surround 5.1"
