[SOLVED] moving to gnome 2.32 -> gnome keyring problem

I've decided to give a try to gnome 2.32, but can't use gnome-keyring-daemon: log full with errors similar to the one below:

Nov 20 19:23:15 rrr gnome-keyring-daemon[19016]: couldn't connect to control socket at: /tmp/keyring-bN8HZy/control: Connection refused 
Nov 20 19:23:15 rrr gnome-keyring-daemon[19016]: GLib-GIO: Settings schema 'org.gnome.crypto.cache' is not installed

Google doesn't help ;-( I'd appreciate any ideas.

Try emerging gnome-base/gsettings-desktop-schemas. That should fix your problem. You will have to add it to your package.accept_keywords file and package.unmask file.

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "gsettings-desktop-schemas".

The package is in the gnome overlay.

Ah, that figures... I suspected as much, but didn't dare to ask...

But, as Gnome-2.32.x is slowly creeping into the tree even though it is package.masked, maybe this could also find itself in the main tree?!

BTW: I've read somewhere that I should put

but no one ever says where... Any clues?
