Is it possible to install Gentoo from hdd? (how)

The situation... - I have no CD-RW device, I have Gentoo installation iso image on my HDD.
Is there some way I can use to install Gentoo on my machine (I cant find some...) ... thx

yeah sure

baah... I have used Mandrake and VectorLinux thease where pretty simple to install from HDD.... So, seams, that I have to go to the shop.... (or to beat my friend

) and have CDRW, if I want Gentoo on my PC...

You could boot the ISO if there was a small disc based distro that could mount a disk image...

I'm not sure if one exists, but maybe you can look for something like that?

OR...
Find some way to extract the disc image, maybe through another OS like windows, extract the image to the root of HDD, and set your BIOS to boot from HDD. My bios allows me to boot from any IDE device.
