Can someone point me in the right direction for a package.keywords file for KDE SC 4.4.0 for a stable amd64?

That's the first line of the list, so I presume it's machine generated (otherwise someone has a silly sense of humor)

That looks like a manual edit, so perhaps regenerate-files generates a template that someone goes in and changes, or is there a way to tell regenerate-files to do that?
