kde 4.3 give block with compiz +kde4 flag (INFO)

This is odd to me.
I have kde4.2.4 with compiz and therefore +kde4 flag.
it´s working fine.
If I want to upgrade to kde4.3 with compiz I need to remove the kde4 flag for compiz.
In this case the blocks are solved.

Doesn´t sound very logic.
anyone to comment/shred some light,compare config set-up?
Am I the only one with this issue?
As someone emerged kde4.3 with compiz without problem(with or without kde4 flag)?

This happens because x11-wm/compiz-0.8.2-r2 requires exactly kde-base/kwin:4.2 if kde4 USE flag is used. Either wait until someone tests compiz with KDE 4.3 or create a new ebuild yourself.

thanks for shredding some light on this gentoosiast.

as a side-note I did set -kde4 flag for compiz emerged kde4.3 and so far no major issue except for ccsm .
But I am not clear about what the +kde4 flag was doing for compiz and kde4.
yes I should start(have to.., I will) to make some ebuild just have a time management issue.

note: for me ccsm does not work anymore.
it will throw an:

File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py", line 40, in <module>
