News Item not available

I just did an emerge sync and got this message. It's been maybe 2 or 3 months.

However, I dont appear to have any news. I'm kind of curious what it was.

What's in /var/lib/gentoo/news/?

news-gentoo.skip and news-gentoo.unread

When I cat those files I see (in both of them): 2009-07-12-xorg74-alpha.

Try deleting the *.skip file... I think when all news items have been read, files are deleted from /var/lib/gentoo/news.
