I have 2 grub entries, 1 that points to vmlinuz with normal init and 1 that points to vmlinuz with init=/bin/bash....

if the kernel fails I just press 'e' and edit the config at boot to something i knew worked

EDIT: so im back from Mexico, didnt see one Corona bottle ;) i think corona is only found in Cancun, I was in Playa Del Carmen, they had Sol and Dos Equis everywhere ;)

Now i have tried 2.6.26-rc5-zen1.0 and now it works with my jmicron Controller.

It also worked with 2.6.26-rc5 Vanilla.

its somewhere between gentoo-sources on steroids and mm-sources, not much different that the patchsets of the past, more current hardware/driver support than in vanilla, filesystems that arent in vanilla, some mm-patches from time to time, the remnants of useful patches from ck-sources, tuxonice, we are trying to not go too crazy and keep stable for the most part

what could we add to the website to make it better?

;) I just couldn't find a list of patches, but i saw the commit log ;)

I'm about to do a stage 1 install, and this sounds like it will be a good compliment, i'll let you know how it goes ;)

yeah the best way to find out what is in the current tree is to look at the branch names via gitweb, we rebase all the branches for each kernel release based on the vanilla base, the only things we dont keep local branches for in out repo is wireless-testing and tuxonice since their remote repos are always uptodate
