gaim .66 and .67 problems...

My gaim crashes by having the screen go fucking blank/white when i maximize the chat window. Then if I maximize the buddy list it's just a black white window too. I can get around this by closing the chat window and reopening it. I'm using the stable tree and have no idea why this is happening. Anyone else running into similar errors like mine?

I've had trouble like that with 0.66/67, it drives me mad. They're unusable for me.

Just try downgrading to 0.63 if disabling the buddy icons doesn't work. 0.63 has been fine for me.

Speaking of gAIM, is there a way to get rid off buttons on IM window like "block", "warm" and such?
warning: `class GroveImpl' only defines a private destructor and has no friends.

I've always had the same issue you described, in game .6* on Linux and Windows. Disabling buddy icons always fixed the issue, on every computer i use it on.

Wow. Has this bug been logged or anything? I've had it since .6 as well and looked all around for a report of it but found none until yours so I figured it was something on my end...
