More HD problems

Is there a way to list all of the physical drives?

I know it lists them while detecting during boot... but damn that is fast

Any clue?

I'm pretty sure you can press "Pause" on your keyboard during boot to see what you actually have. You should also be able to see them in your BIOS.

I'm pretty sure there are other ways but I'm braindead right now.

You can use :

Code: Select all

# dmesg | less

to scroll through the kernel messages after you boot. (press "q" to quit)
