Why is ddrescue masked? I can find references to marking newer versions stable in the Changelog, but all versions are masked ~arch. And they were stable before :?

Code: Select all

$ eix dd-rescue && eix ddrescue
* sys-fs/dd-rescue
     Available versions:  1.10 ~1.11 ~1.12 ~1.14 {static}
     Homepage:            http://www.garloff.de/kurt/linux/ddrescue/
     Description: similar to dd but can copy from source with errors

* sys-fs/ddrescue
     Available versions:  ~1.5 ~1.6
     Homepage:            http://www.gnu.org/software/ddrescue/ddrescue.html
     Description: Copies data from one file or block device (hard disk, cdrom, etc) to another, trying hard to rescue data in case of read errors
confusing!

Perhaps I should open a bug, no one seems to know why this is masked...

It's not masked here anymore. Did you sync your portage?
