openoffice-bin-2.2.0 - can I get it to use gtk?

I'd like to use gtk widgets and especially the file chooser with openoffice-bin 2.2.

I know openoffice 2.2 uses gtk if I compile it myself, but for some reason the toolbars are messed up when I do.

I've got "gnome" specified in package.use for openoffice-bin. I figured that should do it, but no.

Any suggestions?

OpenOffice-bin should use your gtk+ themes, yes. But it cannot use gtk file chooser.

Are you using 64bits ? if yes, you need a theme which include both 32bit and 64bit engines as OO-bin will need the 32bits one.

If it's the case, here a thread when i has trouble for firefox-bin... not a clean way to fix it, but better than nothing.

I guess I'm looking for the file chooser, since when I built oo.o, it had the gtk file chooser. But since the toolbars didn't work, I'm stuck with oo.o-bin.

The binary package doesn't have the newer icon theme, either, which I think is probably related (but maybe not).

My gtk themes work fine (so do the widgets, sorry for the confusion), it's just the file chooser I want. So I guess the answer is no.

I've gotten this to build just fine on another computer with almost the same setup. Maybe it's fixed in a more recent version?
