Beryl and xscreensaver crashes

Ever since I started using beryl, xscreensaver will crash while the screensaver is activated. Anyone else having this problem?

New version of beryl and xscreensaver still crashes. Anyone else have the same problem or find a solution?

I have the some problem, it hangs when trying to exit the screensaver , but no solution. Had to desactivate the screensaver and just power off my monitors.

Same problem here.

My hardware:
Nvidia GeForce 6800

My software:
sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.19-r5 (x86_64)
x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-1.0.8776
x11-wm/beryl-0.1.4
x11-misc/xscreensaver-4.24 (-gnome -insecure-savers jpeg -kerberos -krb4 -new-login nls offensive opengl pam xinerama)

p.s.: Since I installed beryl, my mplayer takes a long while until it starts. Hanging at "xscreensaver_disable: xscreensaver"

I too have a GeForce 6800 GT.

Ok. In my case it only happens while the "WhirlwindWarp"-hack.
I had no problems since I disabled it.

and xscreensaver 4.24

I have the same problem with xscreensaver 5.01 and beryl 0.2.1.
Did anyone find a solution ?

I am using an intel chipset (i945).
