I'm not entirely wishing to be the deal breaker but in the five or six years i've been using linux and gentoo I've yet to hear anyone mention bearshare for linux in general... Don't feel at fault for not being aware of this. Everyone learns the ropes in time. Perhaps I could recommend limewire or amule as suitable candidates to replace the fuzzy bear network. Limewire will work on any operating system since it is coded in java which is a cross platform language and amule is the superstar of p2p client in my opinion since it uses both the kadamelia and edonkey networks which collectively have boasted a few million users. You can also check http://packages.gentoo.org for more p2p applications to fill those hard disks with legitimate media backupsGENTOOJAKE wrote:i can not find it anywhere so if u find it reply
