a few days ago, vpnc 0.4 was released which includes rekeying support.

I tryed it and it was at least connected for over 13 hours instead of the 8 hours before connection died while vpnc was still running.
Now I noticed that my connection did close after a while but it did not leave vpnc running and cleaned up my routing table nicely. I guess it should not be too difficult to detect when the vpn interface goes down and restart the connection.
Does anyone have a script like that or a link to one?
vpnc 0.4 reconnect?
