what is writing the file Music.raw?

Help with creation, editing, or playback of sounds, images, or video. Amarok, audacious, mplayer, grip, cdparanoia and anything else that makes a sound or plays a video.

I seem to accidentaly turn on some raw audiostream dumping.
A file Music.raw appeared in my home dir and it ate up almost all of my free space in /home partition.
I've discovered this some time later, so i couldn't find out what actually I was running at that time.
I didn't turned on anything with this behaviour, but possibly triggered it accidentaly (may be with some keyboard shortcut?).
Does anybody know what multimedia app dumps audio stream with this name by default, so I can learn what and where I've accidentally turned on and avoid it in the future?

Here are the multimedia apps I've recently used is (AFAIR): mplayer, ogle, audacious, mplayer plugin in firefox, mpg123.

If you see the file growing, you could check the output of: lsof | grep Music.raw

nope, it is not growing. actualy I've deleted it already (too much space wasted).
And it wasn't growing at the time I've discovered it.
If it was still writing to the file at the time I've found the file, I would able to find out what happened for sure and wouldn't ask here.
But unfortunately it wasn't.
