live-radio.net is full of stations, its just a portal. whats the name of the radiostation in question?
as an example, you run mplayer like this:
mplayer -cache 512 rtsp://212.23.128.90:554/broadcast/radio-en.rm?cloakport=7070
you can not parse a php page to mplayer.
