Firefly Remote[SOLVED]

Having some strange problems with my new remote(Firefly RF, OS: Gentoo, module ati_usb)
Everything works, exept little bothering detail i have to press one button 2-3 times to get any result(or wait 1-2sec).

Beggining of my conf file:
begin remote

My second remote is too based on X10 and uses RF(nvidia remote) works just like a charm.
Any ideas on firefly would be welcome.

do u wait a few sec with the button held down or no button? as i dont have any experience using that remote i cant be sure.. but does uor computer expect a longer command from the remote ie. by holding a button down a few sec or repetedly pressing the same button... can u change the commands?

Thanks for the replay!
I tried to adjust lirc config in my mythtv home dir.
Changing repeat:
begin
prog = xine
button = 6
repeat = 2
config = Number6
end

begin
prog = xine
button = 7
repeat = 2
config = Number7
end

to

begin
prog = xine
button = 6
repeat = 1
config = Number6
end

begin
prog = xine
button = 7
repeat = 1
config = Number7
end

One button click makes lot more of clicks than its normal but if i press button repeatly, then nothing different happans.

All ideas are still welcome

Ok, all my own fault. I was using my old conf(assuming that nvidia/ati x10 are alike) but, firefly is using double keycodes. Exp. from Firefly remote:
