Konqueror/Konsole question [SOLVED]

Hello all

I have a stupid Konqueror/Konsole question:

I often like to use the F4 feature in Konqueror's file browser mode to bring up a Konsole so that I can quickly do a little console work in the directory. I was playing the other day with the default profiles in Konsole and I must have messed something up. Because now, every time I hit F4 a 'ROOT' Konsole shell comes up asking for the password. Entering the root password just puts me in root's ~ directory. If from there, I use the little button on the lower right to open a new Konsole 'Shell' .. then it opens in the right place and for my user. Anyone know what I have done wrong and how to reverse it? I have looked through the settings and cannot find anything pertinent. I just want it to bring up a user Shell instead of the root's shell login when hitting F4 like it used to.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Look under Settings Menu at Configure Shortcuts option.

Could be the F4 key was re-assigned some how.

The only F4 I see in there is "Open Terminal" which sounds right to me. I do not see a "Open Root Terminal" in there.. which is what seems to be happening.

Thanks for the thought.. any other ideas?

Solved it!

There was a konsolerc file in ~/.kde/share/config that had the options default session=su.desktop ... taking out this option brought back my normal behavior
