Need ftp server recommendation

I'm looking for a ftp-server that could be easily maintained by my non-linux using co-worker. Maybe if it had a web management interface or something that could be used from windows. Thanks

You can always login via ssh from any windows or linux box.

But you may want to use proftpd and one of the available web interfaces.

sftp is nice and secure, and very easy to set up. You can access from windows using putty or winscp.

sftp requires little to set up (runs with sshd) and has a graphical windows client for file transfer.
