ipw3945 Important but WEIRD Problem:

Hey, I have an E1705 laptop, wifi works and everythingon other distros and whatever, but for some reason, during the boot proccess every other boot I would get this:

ipw3945: no version for "ieee80211_wx_get_encodeext" found: kernel tainted.
ipw3945: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945 Network Connection driver for Linux, 1.0.5mpr

And of course theres no wireless of course. But once I reboot, it works and gets detected. What could be wrong? Im using the latest version, and 2.6.16 gentoo sources. Please help, this is so annoying and time consumming!

Have you tried reemerging ieee80211 and all the ipw3945 stuff, in that order?

I have the very same problem with current ~x86 gentoo on my HP nc8430 Notebook. I had it before with stable x86, too. Any solution yet?
