Hi everybody! I just tried emerge --update --deep --newuse --ask world, and this was what I got:

gentoo.mirrored.ca doesnt contain the package portage wants to download (no idea why). find a mirror near you, and specify its name in /etc/make.conf:

GENTOO_MIRRORS="mirror_location"

same troubles here, I use Austrian mirror (inode, tu vienna) and some mirrors in germany (tu-clausthal.de, rwth-aachen.de) ...
... may be we should wait a little bit ...

Thanks for the quick reply! I tried "mirrorselect -i" and chose different mirrors, but the error message still appears (with different mirrors).
