Startdict with WyabdcRealPeopleTTS

I'm trying to install WyabdcRealPeopleTTS with startdict. No success so far.
I have tried to unpack this tar to the /usr/share/stardict/treedict, /usr/share/stardict/dic, /usr/share/stardict/ subdirectoies, but in any case the dictionary never appears in the GUI idctionaries list.
Any help?

WyabdcRealPeopleTTS is Sound libs ,not is Dictionary.
So it won't shown in dictionary list.
