What is the best browser to fluxbox?
If Windows is the answer, you don't understand the question!

It's all personal preference. Phoenix is great, and I've been using Epiphany lately (with GTK2). It basically comes down to how much overhead you want to run with QT or GTK2, but if you haven't really experimented with any of them yet, I'd recommend Phoenix.

I feel that I have to claim that opera is the best browser since no one else has done it :P

no, but seriously, I prefer opera to other browsers because it renders web pages fast, but just as Megaptera said - "it's all personal preference"

as you see you're not going to get far this way ...the problem is that you can run any browser in any wm (considering you have the right libs, if they're needed) and every single person here has it's own favourite

the best advice that i could give you is that you try out most of them and decide by yourself

Definetely links2 -g.
I use it for browsing, and if I find a site it can't load, I go ahead and run Mozilla... it starts up much faster nowadays.

I like the phoenix browser, its very nice and runs pretty fast. I was going to emerge galeon but it needed to download 20 dependancies so i just went with phoenix which only downloaded 2 or 3 things.

If you have the time, I suggest you emerge a couple of them and have a play (emerge -C is always handy at this point ;) )

Personally, I like galeon - its as fast as firebird, seems more stable (no crashes yet, and i'm running the masked version!) and does tabs in a way I like. (TIP: if you want to try the gtk2 version, make sure you have gtk2 in your use flags before building mozilla, otherwise you will just have to do it all over again...)
