Mouse Scroll Wheel [SOLVED]

Ok, i had problems with the mouse when i first booted KDE, and read somethinga bout changing it From Microsoft to PS/2
and that fixed it, but now my wheel doesn't work... can anyone tell me why?... or how to fix it

Do you have:

Code: Select all

Option      "ZAxismapping"      "4 5"

in your mouse [InputDevice] section in your Xorg file? if not try adding that and restarting X.

you have to add

Code: Select all

Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"

to your xorg.conf in section InputDevice

Still Doesn't Scroll....

what protocol is the mouse using? it should be:

Option      "Protocol" "IMPS/2"

make sure that the kernel modules are either loaded ore compiled into the kernel:
