Joystick & Gamepad users?

I'm just curious. How many Gentoo users use a joystick of gamepad? If so, what kind?

I use an older Gravis Blackhawk.

Thrustmaster Firestorm Dual Power 3 gamepad.

I used to have a lot of emulators before I got
my X-Box (It's a pain to have 10 diferent
game consoles connectet to a TV at the same time)
and it's no fun to play these games with a keyboard.

I have a PSX controller running through the a Smart Joy USB adapter. It's pretty good.

I want to get the SNES pad that has the USB plug on it and use that cause I am using zsnes all the time.

I use logitech wingman extreme digital 3d and my roommate's guillemot gamepad.
Damn, I can't believe I avoided gamepads for so long, they're great controllers for many a game :D .

Gamecube controller through Skillz Cube Connection.

I'm in the process of converting an el-cheapo GC controller to a real arcade-like stick, as well.

Mupen64 is slooow. Back when i ran win2k on a PIII 900mhz i used pj64, and it ran nearly 60fps no problem. Now i'm running gentoo on a P4 1.8ghz (same geforce2, same ram, etc...) and can't seem to get it past about 20fps with mupen64. Interestingly it runs flawlessly with no sound plugin installed, so it seems that the sound system is the limiting factor.

The joystick I use most is the MS force feedback 2 and the gamepad, Saitek P3000. I haven't tried them in linux yet and I'm very anxious about force feedback. Are there any games that support it in linux except emulators?
