mm-sources with nvidia not working?

hi,

i'm using mm-sources kernel and i'm trying to use nvidia-kernel and nvidia-glx but it's not working. the last line before the error is:

MMIO registers at 0xF400000
(EE) NVIDIA: Failed to initialized NVIDIA kernel module

but, i can do modprobe nvidia without problem.

do you have a recommandation for a stable driver for my nvidia. i don't need acceleration, since i'm doing only audio. but i need good resolution and that the driver don't take any ressource (so i can do audio without glitches).

X.org's "nv" driver will provide you stable 2-D hardware acceleration and should support high resolutions.
