Where did all these Flux users come from? Slackware?

KDE 3.1.x -> XFCE4 4.0 -> GNOME 2.4 -> Fluxbox 0.9 -> GNOME 2.6 (and now 2.

RedHat (8.0 through FC1), Mandrake (9.0 through 9.2), SuSE (9.0-9.1), and then Gentoo.

I came from Redhat/Fedora with Gnome, used Gnome on Gentoo for a while, switched between fluxbox and openbox, and now I'm a fluxbox guy. I have never touched Slackware (although I was going to install it before I read about Gentoo on distrowatch).

Nono, flux is just the best wm ever made. Thats the reason !

I have tried em all, gnome / kde / windowmaker / openbox / xpde / fvwm .. But just fell in love with flux the moment I saw tried it.
