I like beer and even though I haven't reached that magical age of 21 (being a US citizen) I still enjoy my beer. Dammit if there's one thing about my country that pisses me off more than anything it's that I can vote and be drafted but some how can't go into a bar and have a beer.

What a fucked up country.

People who drink it are all anti-American hippies and deserve to burn in hell. God is the only way. And God does not approve of alcohol, drugs, or hookers...

but I do!

I LIKE BEER...

...but just ales - lager is for lightweights, or a quick thirst-quench. Serious drinking requires serious beer :P. I mean, who would win in a beer deathmatch - some pissy Labatts or Miller or Tennents, or a well 'ard Old Speckled Hen?

blaksaga, I notice you are from Omaha Nebraska... I'm from Lincoln. Want to tell me where you are finding all these hookers? Help a guy out here...

Also, since we are on the subject of beer, what do you think of Cortland Wheat? (It's a local Nebraska Beer) One of my favorites.

Maybe I'll have to hook you up with my local prostitution ring.

And no, I've never tried Cortland Wheat...or even heard about it.

If you are interested here is the website for Spilker Ales. I should note that their beer making skills are infinately better than their html skills. Brewed in a little town south of Lincoln called Cortland (hence "Cortland Wheat").

Right now I am celebrating 6 grueling days of WORK WORK WORK! But I took this afternoon off and spent some qualtiy time with the kids so it wasn't all bad.

Anyway...I'm celebrating a closed deal all by myself at 2:15am and I'm on my second 40..O.Z. of Ol'E. mmmmmmm... yeah... now that is some smooth shit.

But it'll be a bitch at 9am when my mom drops off the kids. Damn!

mmmm, beer.

Today is the first day in about 6 weeks that I haven't had any beer. Usually have one or two a day. Good with dinner. :D

Beer of choice lately has been AmberBock. Pretty good for how cheap it is.

Other times I'll drink other things: Boulevard unfiltered wheat, petes wicked (strawberry being my favorite of those), corona, fat tyre (when I can get it), Negro Modelo (love it, mmm), or some random microbrew that looks good when I'm on the beer run.

I love wine, Red Wine, French ones, lovely!
I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born.
