you maybe have noticed some dark spot in some maps (deck16 at the curve for example), the soundoutput is wired, you cant use the numpad (k, that not running with cedega either, but its a bug since it workes in win), and so on...neenee wrote:i've never had any problems with it - i think it's not buggy at all.FirechilD wrote:playing ut with wine is a very nice solution, the native version is really too buggy
my copy kept running when fellow clan-members had to restart their windows copy.
That's the weird thing - I changed nothing at all. only did emerge that added new version of KDE.neenee wrote:uraes: perhaps you enabled something windows-specific in your ini?

I'm afraid it's not problem of nvidida, because before I had (manually installed) nvidia driver 5336 and everything was ok. Problems started on last Thurstay (22.07.2004) when I upgraded kde and smth else (what I don't remember anymore). And glxgears and ut2003 works also fine.. nvidia upgrade was also done after problems started.shook wrote:You shoulde emerge the stable 4496 nvidia drivers and opengl-update nvidia. You might also file a bug report at bugs.gentoo.org if it doesn't work with the 6106 as well.
