Mplayer and .ram files.

I can't seem to play any .ram files (Real audio) from WEB.
But I can play the actual .rm file.

For those who don't know, a .ram file is basically a text file, having location to a stream .

When I try to play a .ram file. I get LMLM4 stream not found error.

ANy suggestions ?

I dont have any experience listening to .ram file through mplayer, but you could always install realone or realplayer. They are both in portage.

I know though... mplayer rocks and real player sucks.

I refuse to install real player, always have and always will.

If someone knows how to play those types of files without instlal either one of those, that would be very cool.

I have already installed realplayer and realone, But when i play embeded real files, Konqueror always starts mplayer instead of Realplayer.
Also Mplayer is compiled with real codecs, so technically it should have no problems playing real files.
