Having issues with this package and completely stuck. Tried revdep-rebuild -Xp && revdep-rebuild -X && emerge sys-apps/attr and also tried emerge -u1 expat && emerge -1 gettext XML-Parser && emerge sys-apps/attr. Here is is the ouput:
