|
|
I have a PHILIPS combo drive 32/10/40/12 (model CDD5301). Problem with it i can't burn CDs in DAO (really SAO) mode, only in TAO (default):
Code: | #cdrecord <dev> cdimage.iso |
works fine, but Code: | #cdrecord <dev> -dao cdimage.iso | seems worked, but burned CD can't be mounted or plays(CDDA), just a damaged CD
Have anyone related problems with any PHILIPS CDwriters?
PS: in windoze NERO & ExactAudioCopy in DAO mode works properly _________________ sorry my bad english

you tried a firmware update.. that fixed some isue's with my burner.. (16x10x40 8mb buffer)
but I still can't burn audio. (only in the linux version of fireburner. so I guess it
s cdrecord <-> philips issue)
(if I try to burn audio (no matter dao tao) I get scsi error from the scsi emulator.) |
