I emerged digikam sucesfully, but i can't launch it. From the console i get this error:

digikam: WARNING: [void AlbumDB_Sqlite2::setDBPath(const QString&)] Cannot open database: file is encrypted or is not a database

if i try from the menu i get "Failed to update old Database to new Database format"

I tried to open as root digikam and it opens the program.

Any ideas how to solve it? I emerged the program 3 times already. It didn't help. Same error.

EDIT. Turned out that the Pictures directory had corrupted files inside. So i deleted it. digikam created a new one. and works now
