Well, the Warcraft 3 game installed flawlessly via wine, but I can't install the TFT expansion. When I | Code: | | wine /mnt/cdrom/install.exe |
a splash screen appears, that says: | Quote: | | Warcraft III required |
Well, it was installed earlier, but wine doesn't seem to see it. My wine is:

I did google it, but I could not find anyone with the same problem. Can anyone help me?

may be stupîd question, but who knows..
are you sure you're using the right user? can you see the war3 install in ~/wine/.. ?

Actually, it was a very appropriate question. I installed W3 as root and I was trying to install TFT as root too. Installing it as user did it, thanx a lot!!!
