Windows <-> Linux - Voice Chat?

I'm looking for something I can use for online voicechat, where my friend can still use their Windows machine, etc.

I've been using AIM Voice Chat, but as far as I know, none of the alternate clients support this.

Any ideas?

Try Skype!
It supports Windows as well as Linux.

Yes, teamspeak is great, but only if you can get your headset working
