Compiling Klassroom: libGL.la seems to be moved

I am currently compiling the new KDE "Klassroom" 3.2.91 and a lot of messages like this bounce through the screen:

libtool: link: warning : '/usr/lib/libGL.la' seems to be moved

Will KDE compile normally ???
What is the problem?

I got those messages too, and im writing from kde 3.3 beta1 right now.
