| I wanted to give sound-juicer a try to see if it was a decent ripper. I emerged it, it compiled fine but when i run it from a term the term just blinks the cursor at me and the app never opens. If i start it from the gnome menu then a window frame pops up but the content inside the frame never appear. Any one else experience similar problems? |

| Did you emerge v0.59? I have the same problem with this version. Try v0.58, that works great. |

Worked for me. Tried to get sound-juicer to work last couple weeks.
Read this post, and replaced 0.5.9 with 0.5.8. Great.
Just wish rhythmbox worked a little better

| looks like 0.5.10.1 works as well only 0.5.9 is broken, i'll submit a bug report |
